RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Goods returned for credit will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
 All returns must be sent back within 14days of the invoice date including samples.
Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the garment(s) received was damaged or wrongly supplied.
Ensure goods are correct in all aspects including colour, style, size and quantity prior to decoration. All returns must be in saleable condition. GEELONG MEDICAL & CORPORATE UNIFORMS will not accept returns on garments that have been decorated or altered in anyway, or returns/refunds on special order items specific to customer request.
Claims for incorrectly supplied/short supplied goods must be notified to Geelong Uniforms within 5 business days of delivery, to qualify for replacement. All other claims for credit voucher must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
All returns MUST be in its original packaging and in re-sellable folded condition, including loose pockets with polo shirts, and cardboard accessories with business shirts: failing this a repackaging fee will be charged per garment of $5.00 per garment
Any goods returned without a Returns Authorisation Number will be returned to the customer.

Change of mind or Cancelled order will be issued with a credit voucher less shipping if order has been despatched, for use online or in store

SHIPPING POLICY

Geelong Uniforms ships goods Australia wide using third party carriers Australia Post. Customers have the option to collect orders from the Uniform Shop in Geelong, during opening hours. Where the Buyer chooses to collect orders or arrange own courier delivery is deemed to be to the buyer.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s default address as held by Geelong Uniforms, unless specified at time of placement of order.
The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by the Seller to deliver the Goods in the specified time (or any of them) promptly or at all, as at times delivery is beyond the control of Geelong Uniforms as every effort is taken for deliveries the buyer is liable once the order has been processed.
All transactions on this site are processed in Australian Dollars (AU$) and prices shown exclude GST and shipping unless otherwise stated.
Geelong medical & corporate uniforms will endeavour to ship all orders received prior to 12:00pm within 7 days of receipt of order for undecorated items and 14days for decorated orders, with the exception of special order garments which are 3-4weeks once approval has been received. Premium orders can be requested at time of placing order.
